Yes, the helmet is priced right, no query about it. However, there's negative things that need mentioning for the buyer to first think about. First, the helmet gives the mushroom head look. Secondly, the wind pulls the helmet back at high speeds, lifting slightly off the head (parachute effect) & choking you. So this helmet is probably best for an elderly man on a scooter. But I'll give two stars because the graphics are lovely & vcan v531 is well built.
